Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data I collect through kurczewski.pro, why, and what rights you have. Effective from 1 October 2026.

1. Who is the data controller

The data controller is Kamil Kurczewski. For anything related to personal data, email kamil@kurczewski.pro or call +34 680 693 094.

2. What data I collect and why

  • Contact form. Your name, email or phone number, your website address and your message. I use them to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest in answering messages).
  • Email, phone and WhatsApp. The data you give me when you contact me. Same purpose and legal basis as above.
  • Technical data. IP address, browser and device type, and server logs. Used for security and to keep the website working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Statistics and advertising. Only if you agree in the cookie banner: Google Analytics 4, the Google Ads tag and the Meta pixel (Facebook, Instagram). They help me measure traffic and ad performance (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, consent). Without your consent these tools do not run.

3. Who I share data with

I do not sell data. Only companies that technically run the website and communication can access it: the hosting and email provider (TLD.pl) and, if you consent to cookies, Google (Analytics, Ads) and Meta Platforms. Google and Meta may process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

4. How long I keep data

  • Messages and enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact, or, if we sign a contract, for its duration and the period required by law.
  • Data in analytics and advertising tools: according to their settings, no longer than 14 months.
  • Server logs: up to 30 days.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and transfer your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. If you consent to statistics or marketing cookies, you can withdraw that consent at any time in the cookie banner; this does not affect processing before withdrawal. To exercise your rights, email kamil@kurczewski.pro.

You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or the authority in your own EU country.

6. Do you have to give me your data

Giving data is voluntary, but without contact details I cannot answer your enquiry. I do not make automated decisions or profile you in a way that has legal effects.

7. Cookies

Details about cookies and the tools that use them are in the cookie policy. You can change your choices at any time in the cookie banner.

8. Changes

If the way I process data changes, I will update this page and the date at the top.
